Lindsey Davis is a compassionate and dedicated  attorney and a newly named Partner at Digby Family Law, PLC. With a background in public relations and a passion for helping families, Lindsey approaches each case with empathy and strategic insight. Her journey at Digby Family Law has been defined by her commitment to client advocacy and her ability to navigate complex family law matters with confidence and care.

Lindsey’s path to family law began with her academic achievements at Louisiana State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations, along with dual minors in Business and Psychology. During her time at LSU, she was inducted into the Golden Key International Honor Society and Phi Sigma Theta and served as Vice President of Membership for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity.

She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Belmont University College of Law, where she further honed her legal skills. During law school, Lindsey was actively involved in the Belmont University College of Law American Inn of Court, the Entertainment Law Society, and the American Bar Association. She also excelled in Belmont’s Negotiation Practicum, earning the “Best Performance” award. Her internship with Judge James J. Brady for the U.S. District Court in Baton Rouge provided invaluable hands-on experience and solidified her desire to work in an area of law with frequent courtroom practice.

Following graduation, Lindsey gained experience in family law through volunteering at a local legal clinic, where she assisted individuals navigating legal challenges. She then worked at a family law firm, where she sharpened her advocacy skills and built a strong foundation in handling complex cases with confidence and care.

Lindsey focuses on all areas of family law, including prenups, divorce, child custody, child support, and parental rights. Her background in public relations uniquely equips her with strong communication and negotiation skills, which she applies to build trust with her clients and foster cooperative resolutions.

Lindsey’s dedication and skill have been recognized through various honors and her clients appreciate her ability to blend compassionate counsel with strategic advocacy, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout the legal process.

Through every challenge and every pivotal moment, Lindsey’s guidance has been nothing short of extraordinary. She not only managed this case with unparalleled integrity and loyalty, but with a degree of dedication and fortitude that exceeded even my highest expectations. Her diligence, resilience, and unwavering commitment were not just professional obligations; they were reflections of the remarkable person she is.

As a Partner at Digby Family Law, Lindsey is excited to continue advocating for families and expanding Digby Family Law’s impact in middle Tennessee. She is committed to helping clients through some of life’s most challenging moments with confidence and care.

Beyond her legal career, Lindsey is deeply committed to serving her community, by volunteering at The Nashville Dream Center. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys taking her dog, Fitz-affectionately known as office pet-on walks and to the dog park. She also cherished quality time with friends and family. When work allows her to, traveling is one of Lindsey’s main hobbies, whether exploring new places or returning to her home state of Louisiana.
